Hi All, hope everyone has been well and staying warm! Seems the weather has cooled down all across the country. They've been threatening us with snow, but haven't seen any at our elevation yet. I read an article this morning that said the mortgage industry was going to see a shift in 2014 from refinances to first home purchases. That's great for real estate! They expect a strong market, too. I've already started seeing an increase this year, and am looking forward to a great 2014. On another note, there are some things happening in the area. The weather has turned cold! Last night's low was 19...brrrrr. Today's high is supposed to be 49, but is expected to warm up some over the next few days. Leaves, leaves everywhere!!!!
